Domestic Shipping
All lemlem orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey. We ship via UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders take one business day to be processed and will be shipped the day following order placement (this applies to orders shipped via UPS Ground as well as UPS 2nd Day Air.) Unfortunately we cannot offer overnight shipping nor can we ship to PO boxes.
International Shipping
To keep the costs of the international shipping down we have chosen USPS (United States Postal Service) as our carrier. Unfortunately this method slows down the shipment process and most orders are delivered within 15-20 days. Duties and taxes vary by country, and customers are responsible for any customs or duties that may be assessed by their country when the package arrives.
Returns - STORE CREDIT ONLY
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied lemlem gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for an online store credit. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Returns should also be accompanied by the original receipt where possible. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll issue an online store credit based on the current selling price.
If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
• Your name and billing address.
• The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
• The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
• The item number of the merchandise, if available.
